CNC Tundish Mechanism

The Quick Nozzle Changer is a safe and user-friendly device for changing nozzles in billet, bloom, and beam casting operations. It has several benefits such as reduced costs, increased casting yield, improved safety, and increased caster utilization. It also offers flexibility in changing nozzle diameter and casting speed, has a high level of reliability, and fast nozzle exchange time of less than 0.2 seconds, and an emergency shut-off option.
